When the client provides us with a drawing, a bottle, a visual model, a 3D-file or requires a 2D or 3D-design of a size, we make use of 2D or 3D CAD stations for the production of specific sizes to satisfy his needs.

During this phase we offer our customers all our experience, suggesting all those changes giving the bottle the features required.

For over ten years PentagStampi has been storing data into an internal database where the customer product specifications, the impression sizes on the mould and the sizes of the correspondent bottle tested right after production have been inserted. In this way, we are able to produce moulds having always the features required.
