The design of the moulds and their accessories, also carried out by our
technical department, is made by means of 2D and 3D CAD stations. The choice of the materials to be used during production is always made considering the type of thermoplastic material, the bottle weight and the production cycle needed. Today the market requires higher and higher performances as far as hourly productivity and reliability over the time of the moulds are concerned, in addition to the highest quality of the finished product. Our company ensures such features by adopting an advanced technology in designing the mould cooling system and by using materials approved by the most important companies in metallurgic industry. |
